Job description: Our client, a supplier of engineered quartz, porcelain, granite and marble, seeks to employ a Female Branch Manager for the Polokwane branch.Duties include:
- Managing and running of the Branch
- Sales and Customer Service
- Business Development
- Client Liaison
- Customer Credit Control
- Money collection and banking
- Stock Control
- Preparing Annual Budgets
- Employment of Staff
- Staff management and discipline
- Implementation and management of the company’s safety policies
- Ensuring the Company vehicles are correctly maintained
Job specifications and information
- A Grade 12 certificate is mandatory
- A qualification in marketing or sales, public relations or business management is a requirement
- An interior design background or construction experience is advantageous
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (Vernacular literacy is advantageous)
- Have 3 years+ industry experience within a management role will assist the person adapt quicker
- Computer Literate in MS Office (knowledge of Navision is advantageous)
- Good time management skills and well-honed communication skills
- Well-presented, organized, self-motivated and independent, with the ability to efficiently manage administrative tasks and people
- To be residing within the city of Polokwane
