Job description: Sondor Performance foams requires the full-time services of a sales representative to join our dynamic sales team based at it’s converting vacility in Parow Industria, Cape Town. The incumbent will be responsible for retaining current customers and meeting and exceeding agreed Sales targets for the region.We require a minimum of 5-10 yrs experience in industrial sales, preferably within a manufacturing environment, and servicing a variety of industries.The incumbent must have a proven track record in consistantly meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets. The incumbent must be technically minded, innovative, excellent communicator, both written and verbal and must be diligent in their administration. Computer literate and knowledgeable of Syspro ERP system is advantageous.Grade 12 or Equivalent qualification. Appropriate Sales & Marketing diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 5-10years Sales experience in a Technical Sales position, within a manufacturing environmentExposure to various Industries is a must, including but not limited to: Automotive, Agriculture,Construction, Retail/Hardware, Armaments, Electrical and Mining etc. The product further lends itself to the following application types i.e. packaging, bouyancy, floatation, sealing and sound insolation etcWe require a dynamic,energetic,confident, analytical type of individualSelf starter, hunter mentalityGood general knowledge of selling techniquesInnovative and must be able to work as an individual and in a team
