- Prepare and oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards
- Monitor cash flow and implement effective risk management strategies
- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational objectives
- Collaborate with departments to align financial planning with operations
- Support audits and implement recommendations for improved processes
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies
Qualifications:
- BCom in Finance
- SAICA or SAIPA articles
- Minimum 8 years experience
