- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Minimum education requirement – Matric
- Proficient in use of MS Office Suit, particularly Outlook, Excel and word, knowledge of WMS Acumatica will be advantageous
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be accurate especially with stock takes and figures
DUTIES:
- Booking of transport, timeslots and deliveries for several regions
- Warehouse Equipment & Consumables orders and maintenance control on vehicle fleet and machinery
- Handle all stock takes of inventory as well as a daily control on inventory
- Do all inter branch transfers of inventory
- Check overtime sheets for the warehouse as well as capturing leave for warehouse staff
- Company’s Health & Safety Admin coordinator
- Will be responsible for the company’s pallet account
- All other admin or ad hoc duties related to the warehouse operations
HOURS:
- Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 16:30
