Job description: Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating, managing, and delivering detailed training on the company products, services, standard operating procedures, and learning interventions
- Maintain a positive working relationship with Restaurant Managers, Operations Department, and Head Office
- Work closely with the Restaurant Managers, and Operations Department to drive targeted training programs within the company
- Run induction program and train new staff in all restaurants in Pretoria and Johannesburg
- Drive and maintain company Culture, vision, mission, and values within the company
- Foster a culture that promotes a passion for the hospitality industry and personal growth in general
- Follow-up training, provide feedback & skills level reporting to the respective managers
- Design and develop internal training programs and material for a variety of departments i.e. online platforms and classroom-based audiences.
- Provide training support to all the Skills Trainers and restaurants
- Assessing and evaluating product knowledge and skills levels, planning upskilling, and elevating the awareness and a culture of training and development
- Maintain the Training System and database for Skills Development and Training information.
- Assist with submitting Work Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR).
- Assist in the development of company policies and procedures.
- Create and submit monthly Training, Evaluations, and Assessment reports to the Training Manager
Requirements
- Qualified Facilitator not neg
- 5 years of experience within the restaurant/hospitality industry
- Up to date with knowledge of training/learner management systems in the restaurant industry
- Understanding of South African Skills Development Legislation
- Proven English literacy and fluency
- South African Driving License and own vehicle must travel often
Expected salary: R22000 – 25000 per month
