Support the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that manuals, SOPs, and logs are consistently updated and effectively implemented. As a Restaurant Supervisor, oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience. This includes training and supervising staff, maintaining strict compliance with food health and safety regulations, and promptly addressing and resolving customer concerns.Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Relevant Hospitality diploma/experience
- Working knowledge of OPERA, OPERA Cloud
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience
- 2+ years of experience in the luxury hotel sector
- Familiar with the duties and procedures of the restaurant
Expected salary: R18000 – 22000 per month
