- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or internal sales support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email) and CRM systems
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Experience with ERP systems is essential
- Basic knowledge of export processes is an advantage
- Experience in the sales and manufacturing industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong team player who can also work independently
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Capable of handling challenging situations with professionalism
- Strong numerical proficiency and technical savvy
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Order Processing:
- Accurately capture sales orders within specified deadlines
- Invoice orders and ensure timely dispatch
- Process export orders, including necessary documentation
Daily Order Management:
- Follow up on production and import orders, providing feedback to customers
- Manage blanket orders and export preparations
Customer Interactions:
- Handle walk-in customers and process quotations efficiently
- Ensure timely responses to quotation requests
- Process payments for quotations and cash sales
