Job description: Job Summary Our logistics company, based in Edenvale, is looking for a Junior Admin Assistant to join our energetic team. This role is perfect for a young individual or recent school leaver living in or near Edenvale who is eager to begin a career in a dynamic environment. Education, Experience, and Requirements: Matric qualification Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) A valid manual Light Motor Vehicle driver’s license (owning a vehicle is an advantage) Experience with Sage software is beneficial but not required-training will be provided Self-motivated, well-organised, with strong attention to detail Reliable, with a strong work ethic Able to work effectively in a team and maintain positive relationships with colleagues Key Responsibilities: Filing and maintaining organised records Assisting with general administrative tasks and office management Data entry and management using Excel Running errands and making deliveries (company vehicle provided) Providing ad hoc assistance to various departments as needed Accounting Functions: Debtors: Ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and processing Creditors: Capturing purchases, verifying supporting documents, and performing reconciliations Salary: Dependent on experience
Expected salary: R6500 per month
