- General administration, accounts and stock control.
- Quality control of food, food presentation and service
- Motivating staff and leading them.
- Excellent Guest liaison skills
- Have a strong eye for detail with regards to all lodge rooms, service & food
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years in Front of House in 4–5-star establishments
- Must have grade 12 and be computer literate
- Excellent sales & customer care skills
- Strong admin skills
- Knowledge of Stock control in bar, food & curios departments
- Have good organizational skills
- Knowledge of reservations management systems an advantage bWell-spoken and well presented
- Resilient & flexible
- Strong leadership and communication skills – verbal and written
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Manage guest delight events with passion
- Have an attitude of spoiling guests
- Able to add value to the team by ensuring that company policy and procedure is carried out and by bringing a very solid service ethic to the Lodge
