Both red and white flagship wines from the estate and a few local boutique winemakers are used to showcase the tasting menus whether for lunch or dinner.ProStaffSelect are in search of a professional and highly polished Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, tasting room activities, bookings & reservations, POS system, orders, wine tastings, wine & food pairings, restaurant admin, beverage stocks, retail store supplies and orders and the all-important responsibility of HOSTING restaurant visitors and PROMOTING this award-winning RestaurantKEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant Rest or Hotel Mgt / Wine qualification / WSET or Cape Wine Academy is preferred
- Previous experience within fine dining restaurant service essential
- Highly presentable male or lady with a natural style, polish and sophistication to match this exclusive brand.
- Attractive and bubbly personality with lots of energy and strong knowledge of food and wines
- Service oriented and a natural hospitality focused individual
- Strong admin and computer proficiency
- Confident and expressive communicator with excellent communication skills in English
- Organised and well-planned individual with ATTENTION TO DETAIL in ALL respects
