Position Overview:
This role is suited for someone with solid experience in the sales and manufacturing sectors. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and able to collaborate well with a team while also working independently.

Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- At least 3 – 5 years within a customer service / internal sales support environment.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, and CRM Systems.
- Bilingual, English and Afrikaans.
- Must have experience working on an ERP system.
- Basic knowledge of export processes will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Processing of Sales Orders:
- Ensure orders are captured correctly within specified deadlines.
- Invoicing of orders.
- Ensure orders are dispatched within specified deadlines.
- Processing of export orders.
Daily Order Management:
- Follow up on and manage production orders, providing feedback to customers.
- Follow up on and manage import orders, providing feedback to customers.
- Management of blanket orders.
- Prepare orders and documentation required for export orders.
- Assist walk-in customers and process quotations.
Quotations and Payments:
- Receive and process quotation requests, ensuring timely responses to customers.
- Process payments received for quotations.
- Assist customers and process cash sales, including payments via card machine.
Salary:
- R145620
- Pension fund and medical aid.
- 13th cheque based on the discretion of the company’s performance.
