- Matric certificate
- Proficient in MS Office
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Professional handling of confidential information
- Knowledge of CIPC services is advantageous
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to requests from the Manager
- Address and resolve client inquiries efficiently
- Professionally manage client communications, including email correspondence
- Collect and verify Fica documents from clients
- Perform general administrative functions with accuracy
- Ensure precise data entry and assist with basic letter writing
- Support basic CIPC applications and filings
