- Completed N6 and requires practical experience to obtain qualification.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Programmes.
- High attention to detail is a pre-requisite.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in English and Afrikaans.
- Valid driver’s license.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Loading of invoices.
- Coordinate and maintain vendor accounts.
- Maintain building management and liaise with service providers.
- Update files and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Complete onboarding and exit forms, ensuring timely updates to documents and processes.
- Compile letters, reports, and general correspondence.
- Coordinate issues logged with IT and ensure timeously attended.
- Conduct stocktakes and keep records of office equipment.
- Track and report on telephone handsets and switchboard systems.
- Maintain a neat and tidy workspace.
- Execute general admin duties as requested from Line Manager.
