This Group has established a worldwide reputation in the field of fresh produce related activities. You will be responsible for ensuring food safety and quality of all products supplied by the company. This role involves overseeing product evaluation, conducting audits, managing product control systems, and ensuring compliance with local and international standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong food safety background with a broad understanding of this industry. Minium of 3 – 5 years’ experience within a similar environment.You will be responsible for but not limited to:Responsible for Implementing, Driving and Maintaining the FSMS & QMS on the standards prescribedLead Food Safety audits from external & Internal parties for compliance purposesKeep up to date with customer specifications and all legislative requirements for the facilityHandle internal and external Non-conformancesLead and Train quality team for the business unitDrive and meet the compliance levels set for the businessSupport systematic performance in the departmentTeam player with ability to lead and interact with internal /External customerImplementation and maintenance of FSSC 22000Document and data control (FSMS & OMS)Ensure effective FSMS & QMSValidation of HACCP plan control measuresMaintain and sustain workable FSMS & QMS systemEducation:MatricDegree / Diploma (Food Science / Technology / Quality Management)Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in food manufacturing environment in the field of quality management control, process improvement roles.
